I. Introduction:
The GL41W brass flange filter belongs to the pipeline coarse filter series, and can also be used to filter large particles in gas or other media. Installed on the pipeline, it can remove large solid impurities from the fluid, enabling normal operation of machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments, stabilizing the process and ensuring safe production. The Y-type filter (water filter) has the advantages of simple manufacturing, convenient installation and cleaning, and large sewage holding capacity. The mesh count of the filter screen should be set according to user needs: generally, the mesh count for water flow is 18-30, for gas flow is 40-100, and for oil flow is 100-480. The Y-type filter can also be combined with an expansion joint to form a Y-type pull rod expansion filter with adjustable installation length. The Y-type filter screen adopts a double-layer stainless steel mesh structure, which is sturdy and durable. It has the characteristics of advanced structure, small flow resistance, and convenient sewage discharge, and can be used for various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, urea, and oxidizing media.
II. Features and Applications:
① Weakly corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as water, ammonia, oil products, hydrocarbons, etc.
② Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, ester acid, etc.
③ Low-temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, and various refrigerants.
④ Materials with hygiene requirements in light industry, food, and pharmaceutical production, such as beer, beverages, dairy products, cereal slurry, pharmaceutical products, etc.
⑤ High-efficiency precision filters for various special processes, such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, oxygen, biogas, etc.
III. Technical Parameters:
Working Pressure (MPa): 0.6~1.6MPa.
Shell Material: Brass.
Coarse Filter Element Material: Both the filter frame and the filter screen are made of stainless steel.
Flange Standard: HG20592~97PN1.0. If the customer requires standards such as GB, SH, HGJ, JB, ANSI, JIS, or needs to change the pressure class, please indicate it in the purchase contract.
Manufacturing and Inspection Standards: Comply with the GB150 standard or the standard specified by the customer.
Design Standards: JB, GB, ANSI, BS, API, ISO, DIN, NF
